COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 12-Aug were mostly near predicted values to 
20% depressed. Degraded conditions were observed in Darwin during 
local night and dawn hours. MUFs are expected to be mostly near 
predicted values. Mild depressions are possible during local 
night hours on 15-Aug.
