COMMENT: ASWFC HF Communications Warning 71 was issued on 10
August and is current for 11 Aug only. Maximum Usable Frequencies
(MUFs) in the Australian region on UT day 10-Aug were depressed
by 15-30%, with the strongest depressions observed in northern
Australia during local night hours. Spread F was observed at
several Australian sites during local night hours. MUFs are forecast
to be near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed on 11-Aug,
then near predicted monthly values over 12-13 Aug.
