   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum Usable Frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region were enhanced by 15-20% compared with predicted monthly 
values. Strong spread-F was observed at Canberra, Hobart, and 
Norfolk Island, with sporadic E also present in Hobart. MUFs 
are forecast to remain near predicted monthly values to 15-20% 
enhanced over 04-06 Aug.
