COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 26-Sep were near predicted values to 30% enhanced. 
MUFs are expected to be near predicted values to 20% enhanced 
over 27-29 Sep. Equatorial scintillation is possible.
