COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 18-Sep were mostly near predicted values to 
35% enhanced. Spread-F was observed in Perth and during local 
night hours. MUFs are expected to be near predicted values over 
19-21 Sep.
