COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 17-Oct were near predicted monthly values to 
20% enhanced. MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly 
values to 15% enhanced on 18-Oct and near predicted monthly values 
over 19-20 Oct. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
