   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 7-Oct were mostly near predicted values to 15% 
enhanced. Spread-F was observed in Hobart during local night 
hours. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted values over 
8-10 Oct to 15% enhanced.
