      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 28-Jun were 20% depressed to near predicted 
values. Spread-F was observed at Darwin, Hobart and Norfolk Island 
during local night hours. MUFs are expected to be 15-20% depressed 
to near predicted values over 29-Jun to 01-Jul.
