      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 25-Jul were near predicted values to 20% depressed. 
Conditions in Hobart during local night hours were degraded. 
Scintillation was observed at Weipa from 1444 to 1459 UT. MUFs 
are expected to be near predicted values over 26-28 Jul, with 
some brief depressions during local night hours.
