COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 24-Dec were near predicted monthly values. Spread 
F was observed at Hobart during local night hours. MUFs are forecast 
to be near predicted monthly values over 25-27 Dec. Isolated 
minor shortwave fadeouts are possible from 27-Dec.
