      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 22-Oct were near predicted values to 20% enhanced. 
Mild spread F was observed at Hobart during local night hours. 
MUFs are expected to be near predicted values to 15% enhanced 
for 23-25 Oct.
