COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 20-Dec were mostly near predicted monthly values. 
Sporadic-E conditions have improved from previous days. MUFs 
are expected to be near predicted values over 21-23 Dec. Shortwave 
fadeouts are possible.
