COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 10-Dec were near predicted monthly values. Sporadic 
E was observed at Brisbane during local night hours. MUFs are 
expected to be near predicted monthly values over 11-13 Dec. 
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
