      Enhanced by 25% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Enhanced by 20% during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
      Enhanced by 30% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 29-Aug were enhanced by 15-30%. Spread F was 
observed at Hobart during local night hours. Ionospheric scintillation 
was observed at Darwin from 29/1346-1403UT. MUFs are expected 
to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced over 30-Aug 
to 01-Sep. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
