COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region on UT day 24-Aug were near predicted monthly values to
20-25% enhanced. Spread F was observed at Hobart during local
night hours. MUFs are expected to be 15-25% enhanced over 25-27
Aug. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
