FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

High speed streams from the Southern Polar coronal hole with extension
in low latitudes are expected to persist over the next 24 hours.
Effects of another large equatorial coronal hole is expected to start
impacting earth from UT day 4 March. Geomagnetic activity is expected
to reach active levels with possible minor storm periods. There is a
small chance that aurora may be visible on the local night of 3-4
March from Tasmania. Aurora alerts will follow if significant
geomagnetic activity occurs. Refer to the web tool
