Dear URSI Commission G colleagues,

URSI GASS 2011 paper submission deadline is extended to February 26,
2011, also for Young Scientists.

All submissions to the URSI GASS must be received in the final form
by the extended deadline. As specified in the instructions on the
website <http://www.ursigass2011.org/>http://www.ursigass2011.org,
they must consist of an abstract (maximum one hundred words), and of
a summary that may vary from one to four pages in length, including
figures and references, plus a copyright release form that is needed
for the publication of presented papers on IEEE Xplore. Incomplete
submissions will not be accepted. It will not be possible to modify a
paper after the submission deadline has passed.
