Dear URSI Colleagues,

I encourage you to present your latest results and ideas
in one of the sessions at the URSI General Assemmbly and Scientific
Symposium. The extended deadline (26 February 2011) for paper 
submissions is almost upon us. 

For your reference, I attached below the Commission G Session 
Program titles and conveners extracted from the final 
scientific program of URSI GASS 2011:

For commissions G (and H and J) a full paper is NOT required.
However the same mechanism for the paper submission is being
used to accept one-page abstracts as a PDF file.

In submitting a paper, you need to upload a PDF file of your
one-page abstract, but it must be in conformity with the
IEEE PDF eXpress format. You must also type a short abstract
(100 words, plain text). Off course you may submit a paper
if you wish but it is optional (1-4 pages, longer for
student paper competition).
