[ncrs-general] Submitted Papers and Early Registration for URSI-F 2004

Dear Radio Scientist,
 
The URSI-F 2004 conference on Radio Wave Propagation and Remote Sensing
(Cairns, Great Barrier Reef, Australia, 1-4 June 2004) is drawing near.
Thank you to those Radio Scientists that have submitted papers and have
paid their registration fees.
 
Prospective authors and delegates should note the following:

*	Prospective authors of the URSI-F 2004 conference have asked for
some more time to submit their papers.  Papers will be considered right
up until a 30 April 2004, but papers received after 30 April 2004
deadline will miss publication in the proceedings.  
*	All presenting authors must register and pay the conference fees
by 30 April 2004.  Otherwise, their papers will not be published in the
proceedings.
*	Notification of paper acceptances will be issued prior to 30
April, so all authors will know the status of their presentation.
*	The deadline for early registration is 30 April.  Late
registration fees apply after 30 April.  Please see
