Reef, Australia, 1-4 June 2004) is drawing near. Thank you to those Radio
Scientists that have submitted papers and have paid their registration
fees.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=123463908-08042004>Prospective authors
and delegates should note the following:</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<LI><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=123463908-08042004>Prospective authors
of the URSI-F 2004 conference have asked for some more time to submit their
papers. Papers will be considered right up until a 30 April 2004, but
papers received after 30 April 2004 deadline will miss publication in the
proceedings. </SPAN></FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=123463908-08042004>All presenting
authors must register and pay the conference fees by 30 April 2004.
Otherwise, their papers will not be published in the
proceedings.</SPAN></FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=123463908-08042004>Notification of
paper acceptances will be issued prior to 30 April, so all authors will know
the status of their presentation.</SPAN></FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=123463908-08042004>The deadline for
early registration is 30 April. Late registration fees apply after 30
