2. FORECAST (10 NOVEMBER - 16 NOVEMBER)
Solar: 
R0-R1 for the week.

Geomagnetic:
G1-G2 with a slight chance of G3 over 11-12 Nov, due to the
anticipated arrival of a halo CME first observed 09-Nov.
G0 at all other times.

Frequencies:  
Depressed 20 to 30% on 11-12 Nov in the southern Australian
region due to geomagnetic activity.
MUFs near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced on other days.
