2. FORECAST (14 DECEMBER - 20 DECEMBER)
Solar: Moderate

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet with active intervals possible.

Frequencies:  depressed 15 to 20% on 15-Dec, depressed 15 to 20% on 16-Dec, 
otherwise MUFs near normal. SWFs probable early in week.
