2. FORECAST (07 SEPTEMBER - 13 SEPTEMBER) 
MUFS: Briefly depressed after local dawn 10 to 13 Sep due
to expected elevated geomagnetic activity. MUFs near
predicted monthly values on other days.

Propagation conditions: Fair 10-Sep Fair 12-Sep Fair 13-Sep,
otherwise normal. SWF's possible for this forecast period
due to anticipated increase in solar activity.

3. OUTLOOK (14 SEPTEMBER - 14 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
20-Sep to 21-Sep,28-Sep,30-Sep to 03-Oct,06-Oct,09-Oct to 10-Oct.
