briefly after local dawn during 16-19Feb,  otherwise MUFs near normal. No SWFs.
Propagation conditions: Fair-Normal 15-Feb Fair-Normal 16-19Feb , 
otherwise normal.

Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
19-Feb to 21-Feb,26-Feb,01-Mar,14-Mar to 15-Mar,17-Mar to 20-Mar.
