Disturbance on 22 and 23 Jan due to mass ejection. A coronal hole 
high speed wind stream is believed associated with actiivty
later in week.

Disturbed Periods: 
29 Jan - 02 Feb: unsettled to active, with isolated minor storm periods.
      05-07 Feb: unsettled to active, chance minor storm periods.
      11-12 Feb: unsettled to active

Best Quiet Periods: 
08-10 Feb
14-17 Feb
