1. SUMMARY (24 SEPTEMBER - 02 OCTOBER)
K indices are in UT (0-24). For conversion to local time:

Storm levels observed during the period 30 Sep to 2 Oct followed a weak 
shock in the solar wind of uncertain origin. A period of sustained strong
southward IMF resulted in isolated major storm periods. 

2. FORECAST (03 OCTOBER - 02 NOVEMBER)
Disturbed Periods: 7-10 & 27-30 Oct.

Best Quiet Periods: 20-29 Oct.
