On UT day 25-Mar solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be very strong. G1-G2
geomagnetic conditions are expected with a slight chance for G3 due to
the recent CME impact on 24-Mar. S1 solar radiation storm conditions
are expected. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be initially
near predicted values and may become depressed by 20-40%. HF radio
communication conditions may become degraded during the UT day.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
