Solar activity on UT day 26-Feb is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to the combined
effects of a recent CME arrival and coronal hole high speed wind
stream effects. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
