Solar activity on UT day 25-Feb is expected to be at the R2 level,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to ongoing CME
effects. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
