On UT day 15-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a slight
chance for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to
light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal at low and middle latitudes and
poor at high latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be
near predicted monthly values to 25% enhanced. S0 solar radiation
storm conditions are expected, with a chance for S1.
