On UT day 03-Feb solar activity is expected to be R0, with the chance
of an isolated R1 flare. The solar wind speed is expected to be light
on 03-Feb, increasing to light to moderate 04-05 Feb. G0 geomagnetic
activity is expected. A mild increase in geomagnetic activity is
possible 04-05 Feb. HF radio communication conditions are expected to
be normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted monthly values to 10-15% enhanced. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected.
