Solar activity on UT day 16-Apr is expected to be at R0-R1 levels,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at the G0 level.
Solar radiation storm conditions are expected to be at the S0 level.
Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
