Solar activity on UT day 12-Sep is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected
to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
