On UT day 01-Sep, solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected, however G1-G2 level geomagnetic
activity is expected by 02-03 Sep. S1 solar proton conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be normal on
01-Sep, but are expected to become degraded from the onset of the
geomagnetic activity. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected
to be near predicted values to 15% enhanced, but may become depressed
by 15-20% by 03 Sep.
