On UT day 30-Nov solar activity is expected to be mostly R0-R1, with
the chance of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind speed is expected
to be initially light becoming strong by the end of the UT day due to
anticipated CME arrivals. G0 geomagnetic conditions are initially
expected on 30-Nov, increasing to G3-G4 geomagnetic conditions at
times during the second half of UT day 30-Nov and on 01-Dec. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be initially normal on
30-Nov, but significant degradations are expected from late 30-Nov and
on 01-Dec. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
initially near predicted monthly values to 15-20% enhanced on 30-Nov,
before becoming depressed 20-30% from late on 30-Nov and over 01-02
Dec. Deeper depressions in the frequencies of ionospheric support are
possible on 02-Dec, if strong geomagnetic activity eventuates
overnight on 01-Dec. Visible auroras may be expected in middle to high
latitude regions on 01-Dec.
