[ips-sf] ASWFC Summary Forecast for 29 November - issued 0316UT/29-Nov-2023 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

On UT day 29-Nov solar activity is expected to be mostly R0 with a
chance for isolated R1-R3 flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 29-Nov, however
G3-G4 geomagnetic conditions may commence on either 30-Nov or 01-Dec.
HF radio communication conditions are expected to be normal on 29-Nov,
but significant degradations are expected over 30-Nov and 01-Dec.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15-20% enhanced on 29-Nov, before becoming
significantly depressed (+50%) over 30-Nov and 01-Dec. Visible auroras
may be expected in middle to high latitude regions over 30-Nov and
01-Dec.
