On UT day 23-Nov, solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate. Mostly G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a slight chance for G1. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mildly degraded during the
day and night. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
10-15% depressed.
