On UT day 22-Nov solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to moderate due to a small coronal hole wind
stream. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. A mild increase in
geomagnetic activity was observed overnight due to the coronal hole
wind stream. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be fair
to normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) at some sites in the
southern Australian region have been depressed 15-20% after local dawn
this morning and are likely to remain depressed during the local day
today. Northern Australian region MUFs are expected to be mostly near
normal, with brief MUF depressions possible early in the UT day
22-Nov. Isolated fadeouts possible.
