On UT day 16-Nov solar activity is expected to be R0. There is
currently no solar region of significance on the visible solar disk.
The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
not expected.
