Solar activity on UT day 13-Mar is expected to be at R0 levels, with a
chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic activity is expected on 13-Mar. HF radio
communications are expected to be normal and maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be 30-40% enhanced. Due to an event
on the backside of the Sun, a proton event of S1 is possible.
