On UT day 3-Mar, R0-R1 solar flare conditions are expected with a
chance of isolated low-level R2 flares. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate.
Australian region maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted values to 20-25% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
