a slight chance of isolated R2 flares. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong, easing to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near monthly predicted values to 20% enhanced.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
