Solar activity on UT day 13-Jul is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light
until an anticipated glancing CME impact late in the UT day. G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected due to this anticipated impact.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values. HF communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal during local day, with mildly degraded conditions possible
during local night hours. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
