Solar activity on UT day 12-Jul is expected to be at the R2 level,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values. HF communication
conditions are expected to be mostly normal during local day, with
mildly degraded conditions possible during local night hours.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
