Solar activity on UT day 27-Feb is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be stong due to the combination of an
equatorial coronal hole wind stream and arrival of a CME first
observed 24/2036UT. A second CME first observed 25/1938UT is expected
to arrive near 27/2100UT to cause continued geomagnetic activity.
G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of an
isolated period of G3. Australian region maximum usable frequencies
are expected to be near predicted values. Degraded HF conditions are
expected due to geomagnetic activity and recent S1/ PCA conditions.
