Solar activity on UT day 13-Feb is expected to be at the R1 level,
with the chance of isolated R2 events. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate slowly declining to light. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. A solar filament erupted from the solar
southwest quadrant which is expected to induce G1 periods on 14-Feb.
Australian region maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. MUF depressions of 10-20%
observed after local dawn in the southern Australian region are not
expected to persist. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
