Solar activity on UT day 12-Feb is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with flares becoming less frequent. The solar wind speed is expected
to be moderate slowly declining to light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. A solar filament erupted from the solar southwest
quadrant which is expected to induce G1 periods on 14-Feb. Australian
region maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Mild MUF depressions observed after
local dawn in the southern Australian region are not expected to
persist. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
