Solar activity on UT day 12-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are generally expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
