Solar activity on UT day 21-Aug is expected to be R0. The solar
regions currently on the visible solar disk are all minor. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal, with some mild degradations possible during local night hours.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
values to 15% enhanced.
