Solar activity on UT day 18-Apr is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. There is a slight chance for a mild increase in
geomagnetic activity on 19-Apr due to weak glancing blow(s) from
recent CME activity. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to
be 15-20% enhanced and HF radio propagation conditions are expected to
be mostly normal. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
